Sleepy Room & Linen Spray uses 4 pure essential oils renowned for their calming and soothing properties with our trusted base to create a perfect blend for creating a relaxing environment. With so much depth, you really do only need a couple of sprays in the room.

Essential oils have been used for decades to help promote sleep, ease anxiety and help us to drift off.

Himalayan Cedarwood for its grounding and sedative properties will wrap you in a sense of safety and comfort, helping you to forget worries.

Lavender, long renowned and used to help sleep, but especially helpful if lack of sleep is caused by anxiety.  Loose the anxiety and drift off.

Lemon verbena will help relieve any stress and tension, but also add a touch of freshness to the blend.

And finally Ylang Ylang, naturally sedative and soothing, making it perfect to help cradle you off to your sleep.

The spray can be used as a room or linen spray, but always test on a discreet piece of fabric first, and never use directly on the skin, hence not recommended for use on pillows.  We would not recommend use on delicate fabrics or those likely to mark.

Supplied as a 100ml spray in a plastic bottle.
